We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below.

Online Purchases

Full-price items:
Return within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or within 28 days for an exchange or store credit.
Discounted or sale items:
Must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not available for sale items — exchange or credit note only.

Returned items must be unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Items returned in unsuitable condition cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

You can also return your online purchases in person to our store at the address below.

In-Store Purchases

Returns accepted within 28 days for exchange or credit note only.
No refunds are available for in-store purchases.
Discounted items must be returned within 14 days for exchange only.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Shipping and Returns

When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We cover shipping costs for faulty or defective items only.

Refunds (excluding delivery fees and any additional charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
