Online Purchases
Returned items must be unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Items returned in unsuitable condition cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
You can also return your online purchases in person to our store at the address below.
In-Store Purchases
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Shipping and Returns
When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We cover shipping costs for faulty or defective items only.
Refunds (excluding delivery fees and any additional charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
