Order Processing

Orders placed before 1 PM GMT are usually dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Working days exclude Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays.

We ship all orders promptly, but please note that we use third-party carriers (An Post, DPD & UPS).

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we only ship within Ireland.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for:

• 15 business days for Irish orders.

Although most orders arrive sooner, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund until this time period has passed.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier, but we will always assist in resolving the situation where possible.
